UpRock Marketing provides AI-powered marketing automation services to foundation repair and related home-service contractors, including reputation management, lead reactivation, and lead nurturing. Specific deliverables, fees, and terms for paid engagements are set out in a separate written service agreement or order form. Where a service agreement conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement controls.
The following terms apply to all text messages (SMS/MMS) sent by UpRock Marketing. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these messaging terms.

We send text messages only to individuals who have provided express written consent to receive them. Consent is obtained through a documented opt-in method: the chat widget on this website, a web form on this website, a written agreement, or a verbal request captured in our records.
In the chat widget, you may voluntarily provide your mobile number and select a separate, optional marketing consent checkbox. Marketing consent is never bundled with transactional consent, and your number is not shared with third parties.
On our forms, marketing consent and non-marketing consent are presented as two separate checkboxes. Neither is pre-selected, both require affirmative action by you, and neither is required in order to submit the form — including where a phone number field itself is required. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside of our control.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
