Why This Works

The research is not subtle.

We're a new company and we won't invent client numbers to look established. What follows is independent industry research on why speed, recency, and persistence decide who wins the job — the problems our systems are built to solve.

What to measure

The four numbers that actually move revenue

Most contractors track leads and closed jobs and nothing in between. The gap is where the money leaks. These are the metrics we report weekly, and the ones worth holding any marketing partner to.

1. Review velocity

Not your total review count — your reviews per month. A profile with 300 reviews and none in the last six months converts worse than one with 80 reviews and twelve last month. Recency is what homeowners read as "this company is busy and still good." Review velocity is the number we move first because it compounds: it lifts your map pack ranking, which lifts inbound volume, which feeds everything else.

2. Database reactivation rate

What percentage of your dormant contacts can be brought back to a booked inspection. Every foundation repair company is sitting on hundreds or thousands of old estimate requests that went quiet — homeowners who were scared by the number, waiting on a spouse, or simply forgot. They are the cheapest demand you will ever touch, because you already paid to acquire them.

3. Speed to lead

Minutes between a homeowner's inquiry and your first human-sounding reply. This is the single most under-managed number in the trade. A homeowner who submits three quote forms at 9pm gives the job to whoever answers first, and after about five minutes their intent drops off sharply. Automation wins here not because it's clever but because it never sleeps, never gets busy on a jobsite, and never forgets.

4. Cost per booked inspection

The number that ties it together. Reactivation and nurturing lower it by extracting more inspections from demand you already paid for. Reputation lowers it by improving how many inbound inquiries you get for free.

How we report

A weekly email summary with the four numbers above, plus a monthly working session where we look at what's underperforming and change it — different offers, different timing, different sequences by job type. No dashboards you have to log into and interpret yourself.

Where these figures come from

The four numbers at the top of this page are independent industry research, not our client results. We'd rather cite sources you can check than publish averages we can't yet prove:

As we accumulate documented client results, they'll replace this section — with names, permission, and real numbers.
